- Lead the on-shift Airfield Operations Team
- Ensure performance is maintained against the daily schedule of flights
- Ensure compliance and safety standards are achieved
- Provide solutions to operational constraints, incidents, occurrences and emergency situations
- Escalate issues and operational risks where necessary
- Work with onsite service partners to ensure a smooth passenger journey
- Support safe and on-time flight departures
Requirements
- Experience of leading a team in a complex operational environment
