Process calculations and life/pensions-related data in in-house systems according to documented procedures
Complete administration tasks within service standards
Refer complex problems to senior staff
Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Achieve productivity, quality, and contractual service-level targets
Manage and prioritise own workload to meet targets
Complete required quality and productivity documentation
Work flexibly across back-office teams when support is required
Provide customer service and resolve issues by phone, paper, and mail

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Life & Pensions or regulated Financial Services sector, ideally in a customer service or administration role
  • Genuine passion for helping people
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to problem solve
  • Fast learner with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Excellent accuracy skills
  • Minimum Grade Standard Grade GCSE Grade C / National 5 Grade 4 in Maths and English
  • Ability to work Mondayโ€“Friday between 8am and 5pm
