Responsibilities
- Ensure your own training accreditations are always kept up-to-date
- Train all staff on the relevant MHE and Manual Handling
- Keep up to date with industry best practice and safety standards
- Assist in building robust safety training plans
- Ensure the training matrix is always updated
- Responsible for building training programmes as needed
Requirements
- A current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT)
- Actively training on a recent and regular basis
- Consideration for extensively experienced MHE operators who hold valid licences
- Previous warehouse experience and holder of Counterbalance, Reach Truck, VNA licences
- Flexible in your approach to ensure business needs are met and exceeded
- Ability to multitask and maintain effective relationships
