Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate an inventory team to deliver daily operational targets.
- Control stock accuracy through goods-in, out-away, counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Plan and manage cycle counts, stock checks, and stocktakes, resolving variances effectively.
- Monitor inventory KPIs, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
- Act as the first escalation point, working closely with operations and other teams to protect service and cost.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of inventory and stock control processes within a warehouse environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence large teams.
- Highly organised with excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including WMS experience and Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced operation.
