Manage and own the end to end hiring life-cycle focusing on both candidate and stakeholder experience.
Influence decisions and be very comfortable managing role volume across different disciplines and geographies.
Source active and passive candidates via direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping, industry events, creative sourcing and leveraging of available AI tools and relationship building to create strong talent pipelines.
Engage proactively with the management population to understand and deliver against their requirements.
Conduct initial screen and assessment of candidate knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role and schedule interviews.
Provide sound advice, guidance and up to date information to your stakeholders.
Be comfortable in presenting data and regular reports.
