OAG is seeking an experienced L&D professional to own the design and delivery of its learning portfolio, spanning onboarding, early career, and management development. You will lead commercial capability development for sales teams, designing blended programs that improve consultative selling, negotiation, account management and storytelling.
You will apply instructional design principles to create practical, engaging learning experiences and facilitate sessions in UK offices and virtually.
