  • Support the UK&I marketing team in delivering marketing objectives
  • Manage core AWC/AWD brand portfolios to support sales targets and revenue
  • Maintain portfolio records and assist with product updates, minor line extensions, and packaging or labelling changes
  • Gather market feedback, sales input, and competitor intelligence
  • Support marketing campaign delivery through collation, mailings, and trial support
  • Provide the sales team with marketing tools, presentations, product literature, and digital assets
  • Coordinate approvals and updates for sales materials through internal systems
  • Support cross-functional business projects
  • Manage key UK&I marketing SharePoint sites and keep content updated
  • Assist with updates to the UK&I Solventum website
  • Support campaign-performance and portfolio-activity reporting
  • Develop a plan to incorporate AI technology into marketing processes
  • Coordinate activity across teams and ensure smooth execution

Requirements

  • A Levels, or BTEC Level 3 National Diploma/Extended Diploma, or equivalent vocational qualification
  • Some experience gained through work, placement, internship, temporary role, or part-time employment in a marketing, commercial, administrative, or customer-facing environment
  • Experience working to deadlines with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working as part of a team in a structured, professional environment
  • Exposure to medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using standard digital tools, such as Microsoft Office, and learning new systems
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop in marketing
  • Interest in data, analysis, or commercially focused tasks
  • Comfort working with Excel or similar tools
  • Strong organisational and execution skills
  • Full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel may be required
  • Successful candidates must complete digitalised right-to-work checks and DBS applications
