- Set content priorities, define quality standards, and decide when to stop investing
- Drive US-first audience growth
- Build a dedicated You Tube team and grow flagship brands on You Tube
- Own revenue generated directly from content, including platform income, monetised formats, and licensing
- Turn editorial ideas into repeatable, sellable products in partnership with Commercial
- Own the full content P&L across staffing, original content, creator, and licensing spend

- Senior content leader from social publishing, digital media, or the creator economy
- Experience operating at executive level
- Experience building original formats, shows, or intellectual property that audiences return to
- Experience turning successful content into products brands pay for
- Strong knowledge of You Tube channel growth, format development, and audience building
- Experience owning and managing a substantial content budget
- Demonstrated use of AI to improve workflows and team speed
- Experience building leaders, strong management systems, and scalable organisations
- Genuine understanding of US audiences and their behaviour across platforms
