  • Act as the primary point of contact for ESG and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) requirements.
  • Coordinate the delivery of business reporting and responses to investor or client enquiries.
  • Manage the procurement and mobilisation of new land and property service contracts.
  • Coordinate the transfer of existing land and property contracts and third-party agreements.
  • Lead the migration and transition of data, processes and documentation from legacy systems.
  • Support the implementation of estate management and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure processes and documentation are incorporated into quality management systems.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful transition activities.
  • Monitor progress, risks and dependencies across transition workstreams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams.

Requirements

  • Proven project management and coordination experience.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles.
  • Experience of process, data or organizational transitions.
  • Experience supporting ESG and Vendor Due Diligence activities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret information.
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Association for Project Management (APM) qualification desirable.
