After completing your training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and advisor to your customers. You will provide expert guidance on pest prevention and elimination programs that help protect customer brands, support regulatory compliance, and maintain safe, hygienic and pest-free environments across commercial and industrial facilities.
Build strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits. Learn customers’ pest risk environments and prevention programmes, and work hands-on with pest monitoring, exclusion and control solutions. Gradually build confidence in identifying new opportunities and growing your territory by providing customers with training, regular and emergency service and sales demonstrations. Coordinate sales and service activities with cross divisional peers and internal functions (e.g. Marketing Services, Customer Service). Reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts, as you build Ecolab’s brand in your market.
Requirements:
- Have completed vocational training or equivalent education
- Have some experience in customer-facing, sales, service or hospitality environments, preferably business to business commercial sales experience
- Have basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills
- Are eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop new skills
- Have demonstrated problem solving skills and creative thinking
- Are comfortable adapting to new situations and challenges
- Have a desire to grow your career in Sales and Service-related roles
- Have basic IT skills (CRM experience is helpful)
- Hold a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and are open to travelling within your allocated district and nationwide
