Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media content creation, editorial, or a closely related discipline
  • Strong portfolio of paid and organic social content
  • Proven ability to write short-form, platform-native, commercially minded copy and scripts
  • Comfort working within templated or modular content systems
  • Familiarity with Meta and Tik Tok as paid social platforms, including format best practices and creative performance principles
  • Confident use of generative AI tools in daily workflows, such as Chat GPT/Claude, Midjourney, Runway, and Cap Cut's AI editing features
  • Awareness of market activity, social media trends, audience behaviour, and cultural moments
  • Ability to collaborate closely with a creative partner
  • Comfort working autonomously and taking ownership
  • Understanding that content should drive orders, not just engagement
  • Already hold UK Right to Work
  • Able to attend the London office 3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday
