Responsibilities

  • Managing the design and delivery of large scale NHS EPR transformation programmes
  • Leading EPR enabled operating model, care pathway and workforce transformation
  • Supporting NHS organisations to translate national policy into deliverable, locally owned EPR programmes
  • Contributing to the NHS EPR and digital transformation market
  • Helping to grow Enterprise Transformation and HealthTech teams
  • Leading engagement economics, governance, risk and issue management
  • Owning senior stakeholder relationships across NHS executives and clinical leaders

Requirements

  • Experience scoping and leading large scale transformation programmes within the NHS, with a strong focus on EPR implementation, optimisation and benefits realisation
  • Experience in leading EPR deliveries and familiarity with the EPR delivery life-cycle
  • Involvement in NHS EPR programmes including clinical engagement, operational change, and digital delivery
  • Knowledge of EPR systems (e.g., Oracle Health, Epic, Nervecentre)
  • Experience of operating model design and implementation, transformation programme management, change and adoption management, or large scale engagement in an NHS setting
  • Capacity to interpret NHS strategic, operational, regulatory and clinical drivers for change
  • Understanding of the unique constraints and risks of NHS EPR transformation
  • Ability to develop requirements across processes, people, organizations, technology, and data
