Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing program to support sales and retention objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management and global Communications & Marketing teams.
  • Deliver global marketing programs tailored to local market and business needs.
  • Ensure enterprise and global campaigns are deployed across an optimal marketing mix.
  • Partner with sales, business development and marketing colleagues to design customer‑centric marketing programs.
  • Utilise the full marketing mix to plan and execute demand generation tactics.
  • Leverage effective partnerships with cross‑functional teams to deliver high quality marketing programs.
  • Maximise ROI of marketing tactics by regularly reporting on the success of activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer challenges.
  • Effectively manage teams to deliver integrated local marketing plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience collaborating across a matrixed B2B organisation.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced and matrixed team environment.
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, management, interpersonal, negotiation and thought leadership skills.
  • Practical experience implementing AI within marketing planning and execution.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in another language of the region is a plus.

Certifications & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing.
