Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing program to support sales and retention objectives.
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management and global Communications & Marketing teams.
- Deliver global marketing programs tailored to local market and business needs.
- Ensure enterprise and global campaigns are deployed across an optimal marketing mix.
- Partner with sales, business development and marketing colleagues to design customer‑centric marketing programs.
- Utilise the full marketing mix to plan and execute demand generation tactics.
- Leverage effective partnerships with cross‑functional teams to deliver high quality marketing programs.
- Maximise ROI of marketing tactics by regularly reporting on the success of activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer challenges.
- Effectively manage teams to deliver integrated local marketing plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience collaborating across a matrixed B2B organisation.
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field.
- Proven experience working with sales teams.
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced and matrixed team environment.
- Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership, management, interpersonal, negotiation and thought leadership skills.
- Practical experience implementing AI within marketing planning and execution.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in another language of the region is a plus.
