  • Provide technical support services for integrated and sustainment planning for the Kuwait F/A-18 Super Hornet Foreign Military Sales Program in Lexington Park, Maryland (PMA-265)
  • Perform tasks related to development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and maintainability programs and information systems
  • Develop and use production planning documents and databases for cost analysis and financial management
  • Maintain program security requirements in accordance with ongoing program changes
  • Compile and review budgets against actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, and other data to support budget control and financial decisions
  • Maintain organized files of programmatic and logistics-related documents and track action items and taskers
  • Track milestones and action items based on reviews and analysis of LOAs and contract schedules
  • Analyze contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, maintenance practices, operational characteristics, and reports to determine spares provisioning or maintenance and repair requirements
  • Develop metrics and track risks, mitigation plans, plans of action, and milestones
  • Develop schedule plans to meet program requirements
  • Develop Power Point presentations for executive agency briefings
  • Develop, modify, prepare, or validate documentation related to automated logistics, maintenance data reporting, and management information systems

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree in Business, Management, or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Active Secret Do D clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • AA/AS in Business, Management, or a relevant technical discipline plus four years of general work experience is an allowable substitution; this substitution is marked preferred
  • At least 10 years of Logistics experience
  • At least 6 years of Aviation experience
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to travel regularly within the CONUS, approximately 10%
