Responsibilities

  • Design and optimise business processes and service delivery models, including as-is/to-be process mapping, service catalogue definition, and the establishment of SLAs, KPIs, performance frameworks, and governance controls.
  • Develop key operating model components such as roles and responsibilities, workflow design, service management structures, and transition and mobilization approaches.
  • Support the qualification and shaping of managed service opportunities by working with senior stakeholders to understand client objectives, operating environments, and constraints.
  • Contribute to bid strategy development by defining win themes and creating clear, compelling narratives that align client needs, policy drivers, and Pw C’s differentiators.
  • Translate regulatory, policy, and operational requirements into scalable service designs, while supporting bid development through high-quality written responses and solution articulation.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and cross-functional teams (technology, delivery, risk) to inform pricing, ensure integrated solution design, support governance forums, and enable a smooth transition from solutioning into delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in business process design, operating model development, or managed service solutioning.
  • Experience working on outsourced services, operations transformation, or managed services environments, ideally within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Asset & Wealth Management).
  • Experience contributing to bids or solution design activities, including written responses for client proposals.
  • Ability to translate complex operational concepts into clear, structured, and compelling documentation.
  • Understanding of service design principles, including KPIs, SLAs, governance models, and control frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience coaching or supporting junior team members in structured delivery environments.
