The predicted salary is between 32850 - 40150 £ per year.

  • Support the new business team across operational areas so it can focus on pricing, winning, reinsuring, and executing new business transactions
  • Work with third-party providers such as actuarial cashflow providers
  • Report to regulatory bodies
  • Manage ad-hoc projects
  • Liaise with PIC teams including Finance and Investments
  • Fulfil governance and regulatory requirements
  • Review team resourcing and training needs
  • Draft meeting agendas, manage small forums, produce meeting minutes, capture salient points, and track actions
  • Support colleagues and business managers in preparing documentation for internal and external meetings in line with processes and governance
  • Develop, monitor, and critically assess MI and reporting for effective Origination team management
  • Own smaller projects, prepare high-level plans, document actions and risks, communicate them to colleagues, and manage projects through successful completion
  • Submit information into appropriate systems and processes accurately, timely, and to deadlines
  • Demonstrate learning through questioning, self-led research, and learning business concepts and terminology

Requirements

  • IT proficiency – knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Data entry and process management – accessing and reviewing written documentation, spreadsheets and databases containing sensitive, commercial information
  • Digital communication tools – using email, calendars, and collaboration platforms
  • Strong numeracy and literacy
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and priorities effectively
