- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the London commerce and industry market
- Identify and engage candidates through CV database searches, Linked In, job boards, referrals and networking
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification conversations
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline
- Maintain accurate records in the Bullhorn ATS
- Develop relationships with candidates and provide consultative service throughout recruitment
- Understand client hiring requirements, organisational structures, team needs and candidate specifications
- Prepare candidate profiles, CV summaries and shortlists
- Coordinate interviews, manage availability and gather feedback
- Support candidates and clients through offer and placement
- Develop client relationships through networking, business development calls, meetings and account management
- Research companies, sectors and hiring trends for market mapping and lead generation
- Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes through successful completion
- Work toward activity, performance and revenue targets
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial awareness and interest in commerce, industry, business and the London employment market
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or a related professional services environment is advantageous
