- Deliver regular one-to-one coaching to personal trainers to help them fill diaries, grow income and build lasting businesses
- Organise and deliver regional hub sessions, Level Up events and other development initiatives
- Own retention as the headline success measure
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor performance and satisfaction
- Use dashboard and CRM data to identify trends and implement retention strategies
- Liaise with local clubs to ensure site inductions are completed for newly onboarded personal trainers
- Support departments with onboarding and launching new contracts
- Ensure personal trainers are onboarded onto coaching, booking and payment platforms
- Enrol personal trainers on current benefit and education programmes
- Facilitate ongoing CPD and progression through Your Academy
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience as a practising personal trainer
- Recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification or above
- Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication one-to-one and when presenting to groups
- Comfortable managing own diary across a region with minimal supervision
- Confident using CRM systems, apps and data platforms
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to travel across the defined region for site visits
