  • Act as the primary point of accountability within Europe for governance, tracking, and reporting of the project portfolio
  • Support planning and monitoring of programmes or projects to align with organisational objectives and deliver expected outcomes
  • Maintain project artefacts, including risks, issues, dependencies, status reports, financials, and milestones
  • Consult with Business Partners and stakeholders to maintain project workstack integrity
  • Drive consistency of delivery approaches and standards across the Project Management resource pool
  • Prepare PMO deliverables, including status reports, publications, dashboards, time/resource allocation, and governance decks
  • Lead multiyear planning and annual financial planning for Tech and Execution
  • Manage document libraries and associated repositories from project initiation through closure
  • Coordinate and administer key PMO meetings
  • Set up projects on internal systems and provide frontline support for calendars, artefacts, governance, SharePoint, and JIRA
  • Analyse programme data, metrics, and performance indicators, advising on costs, benefit realisation, schedules, and performance issues
  • Consolidate timesheets for invoice approval for non-permanent employees
  • Assist with programme plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up as required
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Support implementation of best practices by drafting policies and standardised procedures

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Programme Analyst, Management Analyst, or suitable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems
  • Ability to collect and analyse complex sets of data
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (preferred qualification)
