Brief freelancers and maintain quality while writing content when needed.
Run enrolment, communications, materials, sessions, in-person days, dinners, and post-course feedback.
Manage and expand the coaching team.
Track course outcomes, including participant promotions and cohort results.
Build automations for reporting, cohort tracking, enrolment sequences, follow-ups, and updates.
Use Claude, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, and AI to make course delivery scalable.

Requirements
- Experience launching a paid product and selling it from idea to first paying customer.
- Comfortable selling on calls, in launches, or in person.
- Experience marketing products, including writing launch emails and briefing ads.
- Experience running a cohort, programme, season, or event series from start to finish.
- Experience building automations that others rely on.
- Current use of AI to perform parts of the job.
- Comfortable owning revenue or other performance numbers and changing course based on data.
- Comfortable moving quickly with imperfect information.
- Interest in startup marketing and the people doing it.
- Familiarity with Claude, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zapier.
- Able to brief designers, copywriters, and paid specialists.
- Able to turn half-formed ideas into plans, timelines, and assessments of viability.
