- Own delivery of assigned projects, including assessing creative briefs, scoping and managing end-to-end creative and production processes, and ensuring final asset delivery is on brand, on time and on budget
- Coordinate integrated asset production across film, photography, motion, digital, social, print and physical outputs
- Manage and negotiate costs with third-party production partners where required
- Translate complex creative and task briefs into delivery plans, schedules and resourcing requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependency maps and status reporting
- Act as day-to-day delivery lead and maintain production schedules, budgets, call sheets, risk assessments and audit trails
- Identify delivery risks, implement mitigation plans and elevate appropriately
- Build relationships with the Creative Studio, Brand team and Channel leads
- Manage feedback loops, approvals and sign-off processes
- Ensure outputs meet Starlingβs brand standards and legal, risk and compliance requirements
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in a Producer / Project Manager role within an in-house studio, agency or production environment
- Solid understanding of creative and production processes
- Demonstrable experience delivering and producing multi-channel creative projects and working with Creative teams
- Strong project management capability, including managing timelines, budgets and dependencies
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
- Experience operating within structured, process-led or regulated environments
