- Shape and deliver Credera’s Project and Programme Management capability
- Lead complex technology and digital transformation programmes from inception through delivery
- Take accountability for outcomes across people, process, and technology
- Partner with senior client sponsors and oversee programme governance
- Manage large teams across multiple workstreams and act as the key escalation point
- Report on milestones, metrics, and budgets
- Coordinate transformation resources, including people, budgets, and technology
- Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and communications
- Analyse current business processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Shape delivery roadmaps and transformation approaches aligned with client strategy
- Advise C-suite stakeholders through complex transformation programmes

- Experience coordinating people, budgets, and technology within time, cost, and quality parameters
- Experience developing project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and communications

- Experience partnering with C-suite stakeholders and project sponsors

- Experience working within or alongside technology functions such as cloud, data, or platforms
- Recognised project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, AgilePM, or MSP
- Experience using AI in application of the role through advanced prompting techniques
