Responsibilities

Own the development and implementation of the full-funnel media strategy across Total EU Act as the media lead for key focus markets (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland) Lead, manage and develop 2 direct reports, setting clear objectives, coaching performance and fostering a collaborative, high-engagement team culture.

Understand the EU media landscape, identifying the best channel mix to reach target customers both online and offline, delivering on brand funnel, retail sales KPIs and maximum ROI.

Bring thought leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit, testing innovative formats and shaping the future of Charlotte Tilbury’s EU media plans.

Review media performance during and post-campaigns, using insights to inform optimisation.

Collaborate with the digital team to deliver an integrated, omni-channel media approach, with a focus on DTC.

Partner with PR to integrate paid and earned media and develop micro and macro media partnerships.

Manage accurate EU media budget forecasting in line with regional sales targets.

Build relationships with category marketing, digital, PR, creative and external media agency.

Requirements

Extensive experience owning online and offline media buying (in-house or agency), ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or retail.

Strong leader, with experience leading and developing high performing teams with a focus on coaching.

Strong knowledge of offline media channels (TV, VOD, OOH) and paid digital.

Exceptional understanding of the EU media landscape across multiple markets.

Experience devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.

Highly analytical, results-driven, commercially minded with a consumer-centric mindset and ability to adapt to changing customer behaviours.

Strong collaborator able to pivot with ease and bring a positive attitude!

Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting and able to influence effectively.

Ability to work well under pressure, ruthlessly prioritise and work in an agile environment with ease.
