Responsibilities

  • Define and segment target audiences based on roles and engagement behaviours.
  • Identify gaps in internal data and propose solutions.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to attract new users and expand reach across relevant sectors.
  • Build and adapt marketing plans using templates and performance insights.
  • Accurately build and proof email campaigns in marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot), newsletters, social and targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine outreach strategies.
  • Test and optimise messaging and strategies across a multitude of platforms (e.g. social media, email campaigns) to improve conversion and retention rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to anticipate shifts in audience expectations and behaviour.
  • Identify growth opportunities through a range of marketing activities and cross-promotional initiatives across products pertaining to the wider company portfolio.
  • Create and manage email templates using dynamic content, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain and grow member databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Use lead capture tools including forms, gated content, and CTAs and proactively track lead engagement.
  • Work closely with sales to share insights and qualifying leads to support conversion efforts.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), using targeting strategies including matched audiences and lookalike profiles.
  • Track lead generation and registrations.
  • Maintain and refine platform content.
  • Identify and proactively leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain event and course landing pages accurately using CMS tools (e.g., Cvent).
  • Provide tailored solutions for different event formats (e.g., multi-stream, gated access).
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates across all digital touchpoints.
  • Become a subject matter expert in specific course categories or brands.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify key faculty members, attendees, and audience segments.
  • Attend virtual and in-person events to support operations and marketing.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate content capture, and network with attendees.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of all key Microsoft Office programmes; intermediate level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is beneficial.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach to working cross-functionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and agile.
  • Experience in eLearning, education, or digital events is a plus.
