Requirements
- Approximately 6-10 years' post-qualification experience gained at a leading international or national practice, with a strong focus on energy sector transactions
- Approximately 6-10 years' PQE gained at a leading energy, projects, corporate or infrastructure practice
- Strong experience advising on M&A transactions within the energy sector
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and related commercial arrangements
- Experience supporting the development, acquisition, financing or operation of energy and infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of the Oil & Gas sector, including upstream, midstream, LNG, storage or wider hydrocarbons-related projects
- Exposure to mining & metals and renewable energy and energy transition projects would be advantageous but is not essential
- Experience managing transactions and leading core workstreams with appropriate supervision
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent technical drafting ability combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Interest in business development, client relationship management and contributing to the continued growth of the ENRIC sector
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior lawyers
