Jobtailor is recruiting an onboarding coordinator to manage the firmwide onboarding process for lateral partners and counsel in a London-based environment.

You will tailor schedules, schedule meetings, draft onboarding deliverables, maintain checklists and materials, and analyze feedback data to improve the program.

This role collaborates with the Partner Recruiting & Integration Department to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding and may support special projects.
