Overview Support the edit team in translating design concepts and storyboards into engaging social-first edits with short turnaround times.

Work across edits with support from senior editors, from creating proxies through to final delivery.

Develop an understanding of social-first editing styles and platform-specific content formats.

Stay up to date with social trends and develop an understanding of what makes audiences engage.

Support internal social content creation across platforms.

Respond positively to feedback and confidently implement revisions with support from Producers and senior Editors.

Demonstrate curiosity and initiative, with a willingness to learn new creative and technical workflows.

Support collaborative post-production processes including media management, Frame. io, reviews and Lucid Link workflows where required.

Organise projects, timelines and media efficiently to maintain clear workflows and collaborative handovers.

Support internal social content creation across platforms.

Respond positively to feedback and confidently implement revisions with support from Producers and senior Editors.

Demonstrate curiosity and initiative, with a willingness to learn new creative and technical workflows.

Requirements A strong passion for video editing and social-first content.

Basic experience editing social content with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.

A developing understanding of digital moving image formats and platform-specific delivery requirements.

Strong organisational and time management skills, as well as good attention to detail.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within an editing team.

An interest in social media trends and emerging creator talent.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
