Responsibilities

  • Support on a range of Marketing activities within the Wealth Dynamix Marketing team.
  • Work closely with Sales to support the execution of fully integrated campaign activity to drive awareness, generate new leads and progress existing pipeline.
  • Manage external events (preparation, on-the-day and follow up activity) & awards entries.
  • Write and design emails in HubSpot to nurture our leads and clients with marketing content that supports the Sales Pipeline.
  • Manage the monthly newsletter in both HubSpot and LinkedIn to generate awareness and be seen as Thought Leaders.
  • Create and optimise creatives and content for the website, landing pages, social media, email marketing.
  • Upload new content on the website using WordPress and work with the external web agency on new website features/pages.
  • Create dedicated micro sites for prospects and partners.
  • Manage the social media calendar and LinkedIn PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor results providing recommendations for performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or Business or a related field.
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management tool (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience using Content Management System (WordPress).
  • Creative mind and experience with Canva and the Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills; additional language is a plus.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
