Responsibilities Create brand-aligned design assets across print, digital, social, email, web and event channels.

Support photoshoots and filming where required, including preparation, on-the-day coordination, image selection, retouching notes and delivery of final assets.
Support the design of website, landing page and email assets, ensuring layouts are clear, brand-aligned and suitable for digital use.
Apply good UX principles to digital layouts, helping ensure content is clear, easy to navigate and appropriate for the intended audience.
Support the development and maintenance of templates, creative libraries and brand assets across Auriens and Draycott Nursing & Care.
Ensure design work reflects the visual identity, tone and quality standards of each brand.
Translate existing campaign concepts into practical day-to-day assets across channels, and develop new brand-aligned creative ideas that extend the campaign direction while maintaining visual consistency.
Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
Support image selection, cropping, retouching notes and basic image editing where required.
Work with marketing, sales, events and partnership teams to understand briefs and deliver clear, polished design solutions.
Liaise with printers, agencies and suppliers where needed to support smooth delivery of printed and digital materials.
Help identify visual inconsistencies and improve the quality and consistency of everyday brand output.
Support presentation design and formatting for internal, commercial and partnership meetings.
Manage multiple design requests, deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving marketing environment.
Requirements 3 to 5 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally in a luxury, hospitality, property, interiors, healthcare, lifestyle or premium services environment.
Strong portfolio showing excellent layout, typography and visual storytelling across print and digital formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience creating production-ready artwork for print and digital channels.
Experience designing digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media and paid media.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high brand standards.
Good understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them consistently.
Confident working across multiple projects and deadlines.
Able to take a brief, ask the right questions and translate requirements into clear design outputs.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
