Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing entertainment activations for product launches and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with cultural trends and brand KPIs.

Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorms, helping to shape standout brand moments.

Develop and present monthly reports on social media trends, talent movement, and cultural shifts to inform future campaigns.

Compile weekly “culture watch” updates, capturing rising talent, trending sounds, and viral moments relevant to Oner Active.

Build creative mood boards and source competitor examples to inspire upcoming activations.

Work with leading external agencies to deliver gifting activations.

Maintain and update influencer/agency databases and contact lists.

Draft influencer communications such as invites, briefing packs, and gifting notes.

Support event execution, including managing guestlists, invites, face sheets and on-the-ground event support.

Coordinate brand partnership outreach for gifting and activations.

Manage product gifting logistics (orders, tracking, post-event follow-up).

Support pre- and post-event talent gifting and manage talent liaison touchpoints.

Support with end-of-month reporting and campaign analysis to measure impact and feed into team KPIs.

Track talent content, engagement, and coverage for campaign reporting decks.

Requirements

A degree in Marketing, PR, Media, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest and knowledge of influencer marketing, talent partnerships, and entertainment culture.

Awareness of the latest social media platforms, cultural trends, and marketing strategies.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with talent, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

A proactive, flexible, and creative mindset, with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
