  • Maintain market insight and relationships with industry bodies, government groups, and education and training partners

  • Represent the bank in key external forums

  • Develop enterprise-level insights and benchmarking to measure programme effectiveness

  • Optimise Apprenticeship Levy investment and drive high-quality programmes delivering measurable business value
