Requirements

  • Passion for Applied AI safety, potentially from experience in labs, academia, or evaluation/red teaming roles
  • Previous experience in professional services, ideally consulting, technology, or data
  • Experience taking responsibility for successful project delivery from initial scoping to end-user adoption
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working with technical teams
  • Experience delivering technical projects, ideally in AI
  • Practical problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance, including having lived continuously in the UK for the past 5 years
  • Ability to work in the UK; visa sponsorship requirement is assessed in the application
  • Comfort with potential weekly travel throughout the UK for Defence work
