Requirements
- Around 3 years’ experience in either design or front-end engineering
- Strong eye for design and thoughtful interaction understanding
- Strong technical execution and creative flair
- Experience or ability with Java Script/Type Script, React, Next. js, Generative AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, creative coding, Figma, Web GL/Three. js or similar technologies
- Portfolio of relevant work and code demonstrating design sensibility, technical execution and creative flair
- Comfortable prototyping with code
- Ability to prototype, test and iterate
- Ability to communicate technical ideas simply
- Curiosity and comfort with uncertainty
- Ability to collaborate across design, strategy and creative disciplines
