- Support the design and execution of projects addressing clients’ strategic business questions
- Ensure analyses, deliverables and insights meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction
- Contribute to account planning by identifying opportunities to add value through project delivery
- Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts
- Contribute to proposal development, background research and scoping discussions
- Manage discrete workstreams and day-to-day project activities

Requirements
- Relevant experience within the biopharmaceutical consulting, healthcare strategy or related client-services environment
- CI experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in cell therapy is required
- Strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape and key industry dynamics and trends
- Expertise in autoimmune/AID is preferred
- Strong results orientation
- Consistently producing high-quality deliverables and contributing effectively to project outcomes
- Successfully managing client relationships through clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment
- Solid foundational knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, especially clinical development
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions with guidance from senior colleagues
- Strong learning agility to adapt to rapid change and new situations

- BA/BS required
