- Support budgeting and forecasting of KPIs and financial performance from P&L to EBITDA
- Take stakeholder input through to board presentations
- Understand current performance and underlying business drivers through regular reporting, stakeholder meetings, and ad hoc analysis
- Support management through monthly cost centre reporting
- Improve and standardise data and reporting across business units using Netsuite and Tableau
- Champion financial best practice and education for non-financial stakeholders
- Support Product, Marketing, Leadership, and Finance teams on ad hoc projects
- Act as a business partner to commercial, marketing, product, and technology teams
- Provide data and insight into financial and trading performance, including risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Fully Qualified Accountant with 1 year PQE
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with spreadsheet model creation
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude is an advantage but not essential
- Proficiency with Tableau or SQL is an advantage but not essential
- Expertise in explaining financial analysis to non-financial colleagues
