Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Development team and realise go-to-market plans
- Set the strategy for, and deliver on, bold go-to-market plans for Embedded Finance
- Create commercial models for partnerships with top tier merchants and institutions
- Unlock new value pools by identifying clear target sectors for strategic relationships
- Develop long-term relationships with credible clients
- Drive the transformation of infrastructure and operating models supporting commercial product management
- Oversee channel management for superior sales performance
- Collaborate with the Embedded Finance MD on strategic, analytical, and insight capabilities
Requirements
- Strong background of operating at executive level, with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A clear focus on customer and client needs, and the ability to create solutions that unlock growth and value
- An ability to balance short term and long-term goals, and use it to set clear overall direction in ambiguous environments.
