- Own internal operational projects end-to-end, removing bottlenecks and translating concepts into actionable solutions
- Orchestrate content between technical architects and commercial teams
- Support pre-sales, client-facing decks, and partner management, including NDAs/MSAs
- Build interactive wireframes, process flows, and presentation materials using Figma and Miro
- Establish a single source of truth for team documentation
- Evaluate workflows and manage deliverable timelines
- Deliver executive summaries directly to leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, workflow optimisation, and milestone execution
- Hands-on ability with Figma and Miro to create visual prototypes, wireframes, and process maps
- Experience leveraging AI tools, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and automated workflows, to accelerate analysis and documentation
- Ability to understand technical concepts and align them with commercial outcomes
- Exceptional initiative, accountability, and clear communication skills to present to executive stakeholders
