  • Manage Microsoft 365 project delivery, project plans, and reporting
  • Ensure risks and dependencies are visible to project leadership
  • Align adoption activity with organisational goals in collaboration with IT, HR, communications, and business stakeholders
  • Design and run Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption projects
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments
  • Develop communications and champion networks
  • Build role-based scenario libraries and use cases connecting Copilot and agent capability to business processes
  • Define and track adoption metrics using Microsoft 365 usage analytics, Viva Insights, and Power BI
  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, floor-walking, and drop-in clinics
  • Produce training collateral, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and self-service learning content
  • Coach client teams to sustain adoption after engagements
  • Translate Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Purview governance decisions into clear user guidance
  • Support responsible AI policies, acceptable-use guidance, and licensing allocation decisions
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI developments and feed capabilities into client roadmaps
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable adoption assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years in Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, or digital workplace consulting
  • Practical experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption or readiness programmes
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Share Point Online, Teams, One Drive, Exchange Online, and Viva
  • Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and communications for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to define, measure, and report adoption metrics using Power BI and Microsoft 365 usage data
  • Understanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Formal change management certification such as Prosci or APMG preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Viva Learning or Viva Engage preferred
  • Experience in consulting or professional services preferred
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-102) are a plus
