- Design and build agent fleets that automate core business processes
- Develop APIs and workflows integrating AI and LLM frameworks with business systems

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, preferably including Python
- 1 year of experience with Lang Smith or another comparable LLM/AI framework; hands-on experience required
- Solid API design skills and experience building and maintaining production APIs
- Experience integrating APIs with external systems
- Production experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and S3
- Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes required
- SQL proficiency, particularly Postgres or similar
- Exposure to No SQL databases
- Structured approach to problem-solving and system design trade-offs
- Strong collaboration and communication across engineering, product, and design
- Node. js framework experience such as Nest JS or Express is nice to have
- Terraform or infrastructure-as-code experience is nice to have
- Datadog or similar observability platform experience is nice to have
- Dynamo DB or other No SQL database experience at scale is nice to have
- Distributed or event-driven architecture experience, including SNS or SQS, is nice to have
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or compliance is nice to have
