- Lead the end-to-end delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects across all project phases
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to intended business benefits
- Define, document and manage technical and non-technical project requirements
- Partner with operational stakeholders, IT teams and external suppliers
- Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, governance materials and status reporting
- Report to managers, project sponsors and steering committees
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across logistics operations, IT and finance
- Evaluate project ideas and support feasibility studies and concept development
- Help shape innovative operational solutions within supply chain and logistics environments
Requirements
- Proven project management experience within logistics, supply chain or intralogistics, with experience delivering projects across multiple business functions
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and MS Office
- Degree-level education in industrial engineering, business IT, business administration with a logistics focus, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a matrix organisation
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to present clearly, influence stakeholders and drive progress in complex project environments
