Responsibilities
- Lead on the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of a portfolio of ESTAR programmes.
- Oversee and support Project Coordinators to effectively deliver and coordinate ESTAR programmes.
- Work closely with delivery partners, accommodation providers, and other services to build capacity and ensure employment and skills provision is accessible.
- Collaborate with DWP and local housing authorities to support individuals transitioning from unemployment into sustainable employment.
- Identify and coordinate appropriate support across a wide range of needs.
- Identify gaps in employment support provision and develop new schemes and approaches.
Requirements
- Experience in line management and supporting team development.
- Can plan and organise varied workloads, managing competing priorities.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present information clearly.
- Analyse and present complex data clearly.
- Working knowledge of employment and skills support particularly for vulnerable people.
