- Analyse intervention performance across customer, behavioural, operational and commercial outcomes
- Use SQL to extract, transform and interrogate datasets supporting intervention decision-making
- Build analytical views, dashboards or outputs to monitor intervention activity and effectiveness
- Apply scenario analysis, optimisation or trade-off techniques to support prioritisation and decision-making
- Evaluate alternative intervention strategies against agreed success measures and constraints
- Support experimentation, measurement frameworks and post-implementation reviews
- Identify data quality issues, unexpected trends and opportunities to improve intervention processes
- Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders
- Document assumptions, limitations and methods so outputs are transparent and repeatable
Requirements
- Good SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets
- Experience using data to answer business, operational or customer questions
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs between competing objectives, constraints or outcomes
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of KPIs, measurement frameworks and evidence-based decision-making
- Comfort working with ambiguity and turning business questions into structured analysis
