Responsibilities
- Contributing to the transformation in financial services and ensuring customer protection
- Supporting the Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) business
- Developing, operating and maintaining machine learning solutions
- Lead the design and development of controls for AI models

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Foundation Models
- Experience to situationally assess and advise on Machine Learning solutions
- 5 years+ experience in Python
- Experience of designing and applying appropriate controls
- Capable of end-to-end delivery of products on Google Cloud Platform
- Task and/or line managed teams of 10+ colleagues
