- Re-forecast projects in accordance with ICF policies and procedures to ensure revenue is recognised correctly
- Perform forecasting, revenue profiling, and budgeting
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Directors across diverse teams, disciplines, and backgrounds
- Monitor and analyse project financials with Project Managers and Directors
- Manage a portfolio of projects and handle month-end processes and reporting
- Set up new projects in the ERP system in accordance with contracts and SOX regulations
- Calculate and post monthly subcontractor accruals
- Contribute to month-end processes and reports
- Handle client billing, work with Treasury to monitor aged debts and chase accordingly, and help reduce WIP
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Excel skills to intermediate level, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and financial modelling
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a finance function, ideally gained within professional services
- Experienced user of financial systems; Maconomy is currently being adopted
- Keen to study or already studying towards a finance qualification
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written skills
- Good work ethic and ability to work to deadlines
- Interest in learning and development
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and self-motivate with a high level of commitment and initiative
- Team player with a ‘can-do attitude’
- For roles located in the UK, applicants must hold the right to work in the UK or be eligible for visa sponsorship, which may be considered case-by-case
- Must be physically present in the UK by the first day of employment or able to relocate beforehand
