Support colleagues in identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships through client planning, relationship mapping, client feedback programmes, gap analysis, marketing campaigns and client intelligence activities
Assist client teams with business development opportunities by supporting proposals, capability statements, client plans and client commitment documents
Support the delivery, growth and evaluation of the firm's client listening programmes
Help translate client feedback into meaningful actions and improvements
Act as the primary contact for DACB's Post Matter Review (PMR) programme
Maximise opportunities identified through client feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement
Promote and encourage effective use of client development technologies and tools, including client listening platforms, CRM systems and engagement tools
Deliver training, communications and stakeholder engagement relating to client development technologies
Analyse client and prospect data
Produce dashboards, reports and presentations with actionable insights and recommendations for client teams and business leaders
Contribute to the firm's client development strategy
Requirements
- Previous experience within a business development, client development or client listening role
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Experience within a legal or wider professional services environment (desirable)
- Experience using CRM systems and business development technologies (desirable)
- Knowledge of client feedback and client listening methodologies (desirable)
- Experience creating reports, presentations and data-driven recommendations (desirable)
- Proactive and resourceful approach
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of own workload
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness
