- Deliver technology change across the organisation
- Manage a portfolio of projects supporting Engineering, Operations, Business Systems, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Customer Solutions
- Drive projects from initiation through implementation
- Ensure delivery is controlled, well-governed, and aligned with business objectives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
- Deliver meaningful change that improves efficiency, enhances capabilities, and supports Alexander Dennis' long-term strategic goals
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business and technology change programmes within complex organisations
- Strong planning, governance, and risk management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
- Proactive approach
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to drive projects through to successful completion
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or enterprise IT environments is a bonus
- Knowledge of Engineering Systems, ERP platforms, or other business-critical applications is a bonus
- Experience with PRINCE2, Agile, APM, or similar project delivery methodologies is a bonus
- Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, process improvement, or AI-enabled change initiatives is a bonus
- Recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent is a bonus
