Overview
As an Account Manager you will support the delivery of high quality medical communications across publications, events, strategic programmes, and client initiatives.
Working closely with the Client Services team, the role ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Responsibilities include day-to-day client and account management, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring strategic objectives are met, and overseeing the progression of projects from briefing through to completion.
The role also involves managing timelines, coordinating with Editorial and Studio teams, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to co-ordinate the delivery of multiple projects within an account
- Relationship development skills – client handling/networking
- Ability to mentor junior staff
- Strategic understanding of project/account objectives and contribution to strategic account planning
