Responsibilities
- Support the work of Fife Violence Against Women Partnership
- Deliver Equally Safe – Scotland’s Strategy for Preventing Violence Against Women and Girls
- Plan, research, design and deliver training and eLearning packages
- Work with partner agencies to develop and deliver awareness raising events
- Ensure age-appropriate learning for children and young people about healthy relationships
- Contribute to the Fife Violence Against Women Partnership strategy
- Disseminate information to relevant organisations and the public
- Support monitoring and evaluation across partners
Requirements
- Educated to SCQF level 8
- Significant experience working in the field of violence against women
- Experience liaising with a range of agencies (voluntary and statutory)
- Demonstrable skills in developing and delivering training, learning programmes, and events to a wide audience
- Ability to evaluate and review programmes to ensure relevance
- Must be able to travel throughout Fife
- Required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland
