  • Own and execute Tesco Online and Iceland online strategies to develop and grow Heinz’s presence across all categories
  • Use category, shopper, digital shelf, and other market data to identify sales opportunities
  • Partner with Tesco and Iceland sales teams, brand teams, and commercial teams to implement innovative solutions
  • Manage and execute a full-year online activation budget across all categories
  • Execute key initiatives and optimized NPD launches online
  • Own and execute the full-year online-only promotional plan
  • Drive online promotional effectiveness
  • Build and maintain relationships with Tesco and Iceland contacts
  • Drive trade planning, campaigns, and successful NPD launches
  • Provide regular data performance overviews to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales, Commercial and/or Category Management
  • Creative, analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interest in eCommerce
  • Great understanding of retail dynamics across convenience and online channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to turn complexity into simple action plans
