Responsibilities
- Enabling data‑based decision makers in the business.
- Analysing data and reporting operational support.
- Answering and triaging tickets as they come in.
- Performing Root Cause Analysis across multiple platforms, data sources, and reports.
- Working in Agile methodology with the broader D&A team.
- Holding regular training and learning sessions with the business to enable Self‑Serve Analytics.
- Educating and inspiring the business in the art of the possible with BI, reporting, and dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year as a Data Analyst or data related experience.
- Experience with SQL preferred.
- Experience in Power BI or similar visual reporting tool required.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstratable experience in building out analysis and reports.
- Great organisational skills & excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to fixed deadlines and SLAs.
- A logical mind, and likes to use data and evidence to support findings.
